Gear Box F250/F350

Please see the attached flyer on a new gear box for the F250 and F350.  Cardone has noticed a very high failure rate on these and has developed a new design to correct the problem . We are stocking the 27-7621N for the 2005 to 2007 models.  Cardone does not suggest stocking the later model because it is still under warranty from the manufacturer.  It can though be ordered if needed.

Spectra Premium

We have started the changeover from Ready Rad radiators and heater cores, vendor codes “RAD” and “RDY”, to the Spectra Premium brand.  The vendor will be live in the warehouse computer system Tuesday morning.  The vendor code will be “SPC”.  Spectra has many different product offerings and we will load all of their part numbers in our system to make special orders easier.  Any of these products can also be ordered with the warehouse’s stock orders for free freight.  The products and family codes will be as follows:

Radiators                                 Family 1

Heater Cores                           Family 2

Fuel Pump Assemblies         Family 3

Fuel Tanks                              Family 4

Oil Pans                                   Family 4

Blower Motors                        Family 4    

A conversion will be available for PCA users on the RDY to SPC changeover.  When your product has been re-labeled please call Scott at the warehouse and he will release the conversion information the next day.  A conversion can only be done on one line so it will not be available on the “RAD” portion of the changeover. The Activant line code for the radiators is “SRD” and the heater cores are “SCK”.

Wix 57144 Recall

Please see the attached letter from Wix on part number 57144.  There is a possibility that an incorrect O-ring was included with the filter.  Please return this filter to Parts Central as a stock adjustment.
